We can clean basically anything! Decking, Concrete, Asphalt, Cobblestones, & Bricks to name a few, we can also treat your roof for lichen, moss and mould or we can clear out your gutters to prevent blockages. Window Cleaning is another one of our services, we use a pure water machine to clean windows streak free.

We can provide free no obligation written quotations for both residential and commercial clients
Areas we cover
Our licensed areas covers Remuera and St Helliers, which runs froms Parnell/Newmarket across to St Heliers/Glen Dowie and down to Panmure. We can however provide a quotation for commercial customers Aucklandwide. If you are a residential customer and outside our area we will simply pass your details on to the correct Chemwash operator, so feel free to fill out an online quote form.
How often should I have my house cleaned?
Most new dwellings come with a paint guarantee, but this guarantee is dependent on the dwelling having a Soft Wash every 12 months. This is due to the fact that the paint will last many years longer if it properly maintained, and the most important part of maintaning paint is cleaning it with the correct products and with the correct technique. We also recommend that you have your house washed at least every 12 months.
